- A busy young family in Swiss Cottage are looking for a long-term Nanny, to join their family and take care of their happy boys aged 5 & 3. You are someone who really likes variety in your day and gets involved with children, helping with their education and supporting them with all their activities. Above all, you must be loving, kind, like to play games, be creative, like sports and have fun with the boys when school time is over
Mum & Dad are looking for a nanny with a can-do, flexible attitude, who has initiative, is organised and is happy to muck in and be part of the family!
CHILDCARE DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
Ensuring children’s safety at all times
Help with homework
Pick the boys up from school
Arranging playdates, daily outdoors activities to parks etc
Appropriate play activities that stimulate the best and happiest development: reading, drawing, arts and crafts
Prepare healthy school lunch boxes and delicious dinners
Reading to and with the children
Organising exciting activities during the school holidays
Occasional babysitting
DAY TO DAY DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
Keeping the children’s rooms and areas clean and tidy
Washing and ironing the children’s clothes
Booking and attending appointments when necessary
Updating parents on requests and appointments regarding schools
Organising school uniform and school bags
CANDIDATE QUALITIES:
• Loving, nurturing, dedicated
• Experience with this age range
• Positive and takes initiative
• You must be bubbly, energetic with an upbeat, can-do attitude
• Super-organised responsible
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• A valid Enhanced DBS Check, Paediatric First Aid Training and Excellent Checkable References
• Have a UK Passport OR the right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• Non-smoker
• Driver
• Good communication skills in English
